Tuition & Expenses
In order to plan the required expenses for studying at PALS, information regarding fees and other expenses is provided here. Please note that to comply with F-1 visa status, you must enroll for at least one semester (excluding summer) at PALS before departing or transferring.

Refund and Transfer Policy
( I-20 applicants must return I-20 to PALS before being issued a refund)
Refunds (Refund checks are available four to six weeks after the request date):
If a student has paid and chooses to withdraw from courses, a refund will be issued by check or applied to credit card from Rutgers University. It can take four to six weeks for the refund to be issued after the request date.
Please note that the $200 tuition deposit and $125 Rutgers SEVIS Administration Fee (if applicable) are not refundable.
Before classes begin:
100% of tuition and fees, excluding tuition deposit and SEVIS administration fee, is refundable.
First week of classes:
80% of tuition and fees, excluding tuition deposit and SEVIS administration fee, is refundable.
Second week of classes:
60% of tuition and fees, excluding tuition deposit and SEVIS administration fee, is refundable.
***No refunds are available after the end of the second week of classes!!!***
